For your product or service to be eligible to display an OpenStack logo and Word Mark, you will be required to demonstrate OpenStack-defined compatibility standards for your product or service. If you did not agree to the applicable OpenStack Trademark License Agreement, you may not use any OpenStack logo to indicate your product / service runs on or uses the OpenStack code.

B. No variations. The Restricted Use Logos and Word Mark may only be used as provided to you by the OpenStack Foundation in the approved versions shown below. You may not alter the Restricted Use Logos in any way, including the colors, size, and proportions. You may not animate, morph, or otherwise distort the appearance or impression of the Restricted Use Logos.

C. Prominence of use. The Restricted Use Logo may not dominate your website, and other trademarks and logos must appear with at least equal prominence to the Restricted Use Logo.

E. Limited Use. You acknowledge and agree that all rights and interest in the Restricted Use Logos and Word Mark are owned by the OpenStack Foundation and agree not register or seek to register in any country any OpenStack Marks or any term comprised or consisting of in whole or in part the OpenStack Word Mark or any confusingly similar mark as trademarks, service marks, corporate names, trade names or domain names, Internet keywords, metatags, or trigger words to lead to a website or other Internet destination. You agree that you will not acquire any rights in the OpenStack Marks and that any goodwill generated by your use of the OpenStack Marks inures solely to OpenStack's benefit. You also agree that "OpenStack" is not descriptive or generic and you agree not to challenge the OpenStack Foundation's rights in the OpenStack Marks, including but not limited to its trademark applications and registrations, on any grounds.

F. Attribution Statement. All uses of OpenStack Marks must identify the Marks as being trademarks of the OpenStack Foundation with our standard trademark attribution statement. The following statement must be used in all materials using the OpenStack Marks, including but not limited to websites, publications, splash screens, screenshots or in documentation: "The OpenStack? Word Mark and OpenStack Logo are either registered trademarks / service marks or trademarks / service marks of the OpenStack Foundation, in the United States and other countries and are used with the OpenStack Foundation's permission. G. Quality Control. The OpenStack Foundation reserves the right to terminate or modify the permission to display the Restricted Use Logo or OpenStack Word Mark and may request you to modify or delete any use of the Restricted Use Logos or OpenStack Word Mark that does not comply with the applicable trademark license, the OpenStack Trademark Policy or these Guidelines. You agree to make any such modifications in a timely fashion at the OpenStack Foundation's request. If we determine that your use of the "Restricted Use? Upon revocation of the authorization you will immediately cease using "Restricted Use Logo" and the OpenStack Word Mark.
