Neutron with OVN BoF

Open Virtual Networking Neutron Birds of a Feather session. This session is to provide a discussion & possibly working area where attendees can discuss, compare, and contrast their usage of Open Virtual Networking (part of the Open vSwitch project.) We'd like to invite folks with all level of OVN experience (but at least intermediate or higher Neutron experience.)
