In the wake of the TC's resolution on the cloud application support https://governance.openstack.org/tc/resolutions/20170317-cloud-applications-mission.html let's discuss how we can start making the vision a reality, following on from the discussions during: Writing applications for the VM and Baremetal platform

Between developers and users we'll discuss details of problems and use cases, hash out some relative priorities and form groups of interested parties who can work together on pushing features to address them.
