Making Neutron Easy for People Who Want Basic Networking

Let's get together and discuss thoughts/ideas on how to make neutron easy for deployers who just want basic networking.

Despite many use cases being able to be satisfied without complex SDN topologies, neutron still requires a large amount of effort to deploy and debug for these cases. What can we do to create the simplest, most cut-down neutron deploy possible?

Participation from developers and operators is highly encouraged!
