Travel Support Program

The OpenStack Travel Support Program's aim is to facilitate participation of key contributors to the OpenStack Summit by covering the costs for their travel and accommodation. The OpenStack Foundation will set aside a fund to support this program. If you are a key contributor to OpenStack and your company does not cover the costs of your travel and accommodation to Berlin, you can apply for the Travel Support Program. The total amount of the fund is to be divided among the approved key contributors.

View more information about the selection process.

For the Vancouver Summit, individuals contributed $8,398 to the Travel Support Program. Combined with funds from the OpenStack Foundation, 38 attendees were sponsored to attend the Summit. If you would like to contribute to the Berlin Summit Travel Support Program, donate here
