China Electronics Cloud (CECloud), a pivotal technology and innovation player under China Electronics Corporation (CEC), is a key enabler in the cloud and intelligent computing landscape in China. It empowers the digital transformation of China's critical infrastructure and services—spanning energy, electric power, finance, healthcare, and education—alongside government and public institutions, thereby supporting the development of a secure, sovereign digital ecosystem.

CECloud builds cloud computing platforms for Chinese enterprises across various sectors, government departments, and research institutions, ensuring the stable operation of their business systems. CECloud supports the development of China's public computing infrastructure, having deployed a cumulative total of 5,300 PFLOPS of intelligent computing power. Furthermore, CECloud actively contributes to open-source communities, including projects such as the Linux Kernel, QEMU, Libvirt, eBPF, and container technologies.
