Dongluo Chen is a software engineer at Docker focusing on container development and orchestration. Before joining Docker he was a software engineer manager at Microsoft Azure building and automating global data centers. He worked at France Telecom and the Ohio State University after he received his PH.D in computer science from Tsinghua University.
