I am the overall Product Owner for the 200 node OpenStack based Private Cloud enterprise within Reliance Jio. I am responsible for all aspects of our Product and the entire life cycle of our customers.
As the first Product Manager of this fledgling business, I have been instrumental in bringing customer focus into the team. I have onboarded more than 30 customers in the past one year with diverse application profiles. I have also been instrumental in setting up and training our Customer Support team.
