Phil is the founder of InContinuum Software, a cloud pioneer, and the Chief Architect behind the CloudController® technology. For the past 30 years he has been in the senior management of either multi-national corporations, or building his own start-ups. Before that he amassed a solid basis in cradle-to-grave product engineering experience; developing embedded systems, computer hardware and software at RCA Corporation, General Electric, and Lockheed Martin in the US. He was a member of the European start-up management team of GE/Access (now Avnet), moving to Europe in 1995. The company grew from $0 to $125m in sales, and from 15 to 105 employees in 2 years, producing an average BU-EBIT of 30%.
