Bio

Nicolas Hicher is a senior software engineer at Red Hat. His work is focused on softwarefactory-project.io which provides a packaged implementation of the OpenStack infrastructure and continuous integration tooling.

His previous role involved engineering, consulting and support of OpenStack deployments for customers on behalf of Red Hat and Enovance since 2014.

He enjoys working on configuration management and automation to improve deployment processes.

He is an enthusiast Openstack user and operator since 2014.
