**Career I am working** Serving Hong Kong citizen. With over eight years as Service Delivery Manager, I have spearheaded the oversight and modernization of high-stakes public identity systems. My work includes managing EACv2 PKI-compliant platforms that handle over 1.2 million daily transactions across critical transit hubs and ensuring seamless operations with 100% SLA adherence. I have led infrastructure upgrades to enhance security and continuity for government identity systems, delivering uninterrupted service in compliance-critical environments. With expertise in hardware maintenance and secure systems, I have consistently contributed to building robust, scalable, and secure public security infrastructure. My focus remains on driving operational excellence through modernization initiatives and maintaining zero downtime for mission-critical systems that impact millions. **What I did, or what I am doing....** Studied AI, Manufacturing and programming skill and coded a HKOS, which is a derivative from Fedora based OS for Hongkongese use. Built some AI model for horse handicapping. Owned a data center to enjoy the infra, network and system maintenance. Recently played the AI VIPE coding and MCP building and apply into my charity projects. Trying to build the hardware for elderly people use.
