I lead production-grade GenAI platform operations with full ownership of reliability, LLMOps, Responsible AI enforcement, and financial governance. With 27+ years across enterprise platforms, cloud, AIOps, FinOps, and regulated environments, I specialize in converting GenAI from experimentation into stable, governable, and scalable enterprise infrastructure. My work spans multi-tenant AI platforms serving real users with strict uptime, security, and compliance requirements. Today, as Founder & Chief of AI at BuildWorks.AI, I operate a multi-tenant GenAI platform delivering: • End-to-end LLMOps: model onboarding, versioning, staged rollout, rollback, performance tuning, and inference failover • GenAI observability & AI FinOps: live monitoring of latency, token consumption, per-tenant usage, throttling, and cost-per-request • Production reliability: 99.9%+ uptime using Kubernetes autoscaling, health probes, SRE practices, and ITIL-aligned incident, problem, and change management • Responsible AI at runtime: prompt governance, role-based model access, data boundary enforcement, and immutable AI audit trails I am the architect of two open-source, enterprise-grade platforms: Aistrale (Apache 2.0) — a GenAI governance & LLMOps control plane for secure model lifecycle management, inference routing, telemetry, and compliance logging. SARAISE (Apache 2.0) — an enterprise AI governance fabric implementing RBAC, ABAC, Resource-Level Permissions (row isolation), Separation of Duties, and Just-in-Time access, enforcing Zero-Trust authorization inside GenAI runtime. Previously at Wipro, I led large-scale platform operations with 99.95%+ uptime, enterprise AIOps implementation, ITSM governance, and FinOps/TBM programs delivering 18–25% YoY cost reduction across regulated BFSI environments.
