Chunglae Cho
Principal Researcher

Chunglae Cho received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in computer science from Pusan National University, Korea, in 1994 and 1996, respectively. He worked as a research engineer at Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute(ETRI), Korea, between 2000 and 2005. He received his Ph.D. in computer engineering from the University of Florida in the fall of 2011. He has been working for ETRI as a principal researcher since 2011. His research interests are in resource allocation, load balancing, congestion control and optimization for communication networks, peer-to-peer networks, content distribution networks, wireless networks, software-defined networks and cloud computing.
