Jean-Emile DARTOIS is a Research Software Engineer at B<>COM.  
He has been involved in open source projects in both their software architecture and development for many years.
He is currently a core team member for Watcher project which focuses on resource optimization service for OpenStack. 
He is sharing his time between industrial applications and academic research. His research interests are large distributed systems, optimization problems, virtual machines and containers placement, storage optimization, Green IT.
