Large Deployment Team - Recapping the week

The Large Deployments team is a group of Operators running large clouds, or many clouds, that works with the various dev teams on common issues with running OpenStack at scale.  The team has been meeting since the Paris summit.

Following discussions after Austin, we deiced to try and get a session early in the week to look at the schedule as a team, plan the sessiosn we want LDT members in and assign people from the group to attend them and represent our issues.  We would like to follow that up with a session on Friday - perhaps even a double session - to go over all the output from those sessions and plan next steps

This proposal is for that time at the end of the week - we are even good with Friday.  As stated, if we could have a doulbe session that might help a lot.  Please let m know if you have any questions.  I'm happy anser them and/or elaborate our thinking.
