fail.
Failure is what you expect when you join a new field, especially in technology. From our experience, most people seem to think, that OpenStack can solve all their issues, even the ones they don't know about yet. When it comes to OpenStack, there are much more problems then you might expect at first. Its not only the technology which might be more different then people think, sometimes the whole picture behind it is so different, that they need to adopt, to get the most out of it.
What can I expect to learn?
How to deal with OpenStack evaluations in big companies where you have to address more then just a few developers to be successfull. What pictures can come handy to tell people about the journey they're about to begin when they jump on the OpenStack train and especially what they should NOT expect.
