OpenStack is a well-established Infrastructure-as-a-Service  (IaaS) platform and is used in many public and private clouds for a  large array of purposes. And yet, OpenStack is often underrated in that  it has many very helpful features that are woefully under-used. Some of  that is due to the fact that several of these features are simply absent  from competing IaaS platforms. In this talk, I am sharing ten things  that are available in all or many OpenStack environments that even  experienced OpenStack users or operators might not know about.
