Juan Ramón Acosta has been with Cisco for 17 years and is currently a Principal Architect with the Network Function Virtualization Business Unit (NFVBU), responsible for the design and SDLC of Service Packs for Cisco Virtual Managed Services (VMS). In addition, he was responsible for the development of Cisco Network Automation Provisioner for Microsoft Cloud Platform (CNAP). Finally, Juan was one of the pioneers at the Cisco Collaboration Business Unit (CCBU) that brought to market the first Cisco SaaS offering, Customer Interaction Cloud, Cisco Unified VoIP Contact Center over Salesforce.com's Service Cloud.
