For the past 18 years Stuart has been invovled in the intersection of technology & medical research. Going from at the time bleeding edge 9GB of disk in Sun Ultra 2 to thousands of cores and terabytes of data. Computer infrastruture has had to keep pace with data generation going from single genomic sites to sequencing multiple whole human genomes per week. At the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation Stuart has been in the made up industry of "bioinformatic devops" helping to bridge the gap between the science and computers. He currently manages hundreds of terabytes of storage & HPC for the foundation
