RSVP REQUIRED: Canonical Morning Training - Getting started with Containers and Kubernetes

RSVP REQUIRED: https://canonicalthursdaymorningtraining.eventbrite.com

In this workshop you'll dive into containers, how they're composed, and their uses. From there you'll stand up a Kubernetes deployment on bare metal (with MAAS), in the cloud or on your local laptop. We'll then dive in to how containers can be managed on platforms like Kubernetes.

By the end of this workshop, you'll be able to identify the differences in container types, how to setup a Kubernetes install on OpenStack, and the vocabulary and common workflows for running containers on Kubernetes.

You must arrive at the session no later that 15 minutes after the session starts to claim your reserved seat. If you are later than 15 minutes after the start time your seat will be given to someone in the wait list and you will be placed at the end of the wait list.
