Kubernetes Ops on OpenStack

An opportunity for folks operating Kubernetes on OpenStack to get together with the development community to discuss how they currently go about the business of deploying and managing Kubernetes on OpenStack and what their pain points are.

Suggest topics for discussion starters in this session include:

* Configuration management and normalization (e.g. consistent configuration models) across Kubernetes on Docker container projects at a minimum
* Leveraging LBaaS for Service "External Loadbalancer"
* Leveraging Cinder for Persistent Volume
* Neutron integration via Kuryr
