API Working Group Update and BOF

Hear an update from the API Working Group on recent activity related to increasing consistency and correctness in the HTTP APIs produced by OpenStack projects. We'll give special attention to recently revitalized guidelines on how to ensure interoperability, compatibility, and stability in APIs in the face of inevitable change. There will be discussion on their value and strategies for implementing the guidelines. We'll also be seeking feedback on what guidelines are missing, incorrect or incomplete. If you are a user or developer of OpenStack APIs show up to help make them better.
