Developer.openstack.org Docs for AppDev?

Who is developer.openstack.org for (audience) and what should we be providing there to support 'developers'? Developer.o.o received around 1.5 million hits since its launch. The question is who these 1.5 million people are and how do they want to use this site to inform their own deployments and applications atop OpenStack?

Audience: Anyone whose users/customers are applications developer, especially Public Cloud providers, SDK builders/maintainers (gophercloud, libcloud, etc), C/PaaS built atop OpenStack (K8S, OpenShift, Cloud Foundry, etc), Configuration languages (Ansible, Chef, Salt, etc).
