Across the Hybrid Cloud with Karbor

While "cloud-native" is gaining ground, most enterprise applications are still not there. But there’s no reason why such applications should miss out on the benefits of hybrid cloud.

Karbor Application Data Protection can be used to migrate an application from on-prem OpenStack to off-prem and vice versa.

Extensible architecture enables users to plug-in new backends and new resource types into Karbor and leverage all vendor-specific capabilities without compromising the ability to protect the data and ensure service continuity.

In this session we will introduce Karbor and showcase how it could be used in a cloud migration scenario.

What can I expect to learn?

Attendees should expect to be familiar with a new way of moving their application around the clouds with Karbor, an OpenStack big-tent project.
