Easier OpenStack Deployment: Novice Installation Using Kolla

A key factor in increasing the adoption of OpenStack is offering a straight forward and time efficient deployment process. The Operations Team in the OpenStack Innovation Center recognise that the demand for ease-of-use is ever increasing with customers pushing to increase functionality and decrease complexity. In our previous efforts we demonstrated how we took the OpenStack deployment time from 40 hours to just over 6 hours. Once again, we accepted the challenge of showing OpenStack is easy to install and using Kolla, achieved deploying OpenStack within 1 hour. We validated Openstack using Kolla on a 100 node cluster and recorded common issues faced by Operators deploying OpenStack. With this information, we created an Ease of Use guide that allows Operators with no prior experience in Openstack to deploy multinode OpenStack. In this session, we will provide participants the opportunity to utilize our guide and complete a full production grade deployment of OpenStack using Kolla.

Please note:  session attendance does have a maximum capacity.  All admittance will be on a first come, first served basis.  Thank you for your understanding.
