OpenStack - Kubernetes Integration, What Is Left?

Containers along with next generation challenges such as orchestration and serverless computing continue to draw interest across the application developers and data center operator communities because of the enormous potential of the technology and the rapid pace of change.

When it comes to Containers and Openstack there are a lot of questions about Deployment, Networking, Storage and Identity Management with What are the problems faced when trying to integrate OpenStack with Kubernetes?

In this session we would like to cover about gaps and missing features while trying to deploy OpenStack with Kubernetes and run a fully functional cluster, Also how they relate to Openstack projects like Magnum and Kuryr.

We will be covering a demo of running your first containerized applications on Kubernetes running on top of OpenStack.

What can I expect to learn?

Attendees will learn the Strategies used in deploying Kubernetes with Openstack and problems faced with running a fully functional cluster.

We will be covering a  demo at the end of presentation on running containerized application on Kubernetes on top of OpenStack.
