Stephen is a director of technology at PaddyPowerBetfair. He has over 15 years experience of leading technical teams and driving continuous improvement, achieved by making innovations in working practices and utilizing his “common sense” approach to solving business problems.  

This excellent track record is driven by Stephen's belief in quality at speed. He achieves this by maximising the potential of his whole team, and providing a collaborative engaging environment to work in.

Stephen currently is trying to bring some of software testing rigour into the infrastructure world and ensuring that his team meet all the security and audit requirements whilst transitioning to a more agile infrastructure team.

Away from the office Stephen can often be found tinkering with the latest gadgets - and he can just about still remember how to write some code.
