Richard has extensive experience working in fast paced, agile technology businesses with multinational teams.  He most enjoys business change projects and being given problem areas to fix.  He draws on experience from his Imperial College London MBA as well as training in SixSigma, Prince2 and Agile methodologies to help deliver them.
