Stephen Balukoff is a Principal Software Developer at Blue Box, an IBM Company. He graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor's degree in General Studies from the University of Idaho. This means he is very well qualified for nothing in particular. He has spent the last 18 years working in the IT industry. Starting in customer support positions, he worked his way through roles involving systems administration, systems architecture, software engineering, and finally principal technologist.
