Missing Features and Making Improvements to OpenStack Health

The openstack-health dashboard was created with the goal of being a first stop for looking at issues in the gate and to see the health of OpenStack from a testing perspective. However, instead of serving that purpose it seems to mostly be either unknown or just a confusing tool for people. In the hopes of fixing this, this session will be an open discussion about what people would like to ideally see out of OpenStack health and what issues they currently have with it. The hope is that we'll be able to make it better so it's more useful to more of the development community, or anyone else interested in the state of testing.
