Douglas is a OpenStack contributor that has been working with new core features and NetApp driver development for both Cinder and Manila projects. In the past, he was involved with projects on telecommunication area, from optical network to narrow band wireless communication systems, SDN/NFV and network-cloud slicing for multi-domain environments.
