Miguel A. Figueroa is a Software Architect for the Cisco Systems Customer Experience Cloud

and Automation Product Management Team. His team delivers services that help

customers and partners consume multicloud.

With more than 30 years in the IT industry, the last 19 years at Cisco working with

customers from all over the world, in his current role, he works as a member of

Customer Experience focusing on multicloud architecture.

When he isn’t traveling for work or on late night calls with customers, his hobbies

include spending more time with his college-age children and most weekends playing in

a classic rock band around San Antonio.
