Welcoming New Contributors State of the Union and Deduplication of Efforts

OpenStack is a big project that has many different types of onboarding new contributors, mentoring them, and generally helping prospective contributors get started. With the most recent discussion around the TC owned Help Wanted list, it became apparent that not everyone is aware of what exists and how they are different. This forum session will start with a presentation of all of the onboarding efforts and then focus on what we can do to connect them, deduplicate efforts and improve them.
