A new Era for NFV with Tacker

Telco market is moving rapidly with light weight VNFs, quickly healable scalable Infra and automatically deployments and always looking for better solution for:

* TOSCA profile support for complex Network service deployment.

* A transition of NFV world from virtualized hardware running network functions to lightweight, network functions following cloud-native methodologies.

* Service function chaining for C-VNFs & VM based VNFs.

* Hybrid cloud of Containerized VNF(C-VNF) and VM based VNFs.

* Resource reservation for VNFs.

*  Monitoring & Self-healing.

In this talk we present how multiple OpenStack project and cross project like Blazor, Zabbix, Mistral, K8S, Kuryr-Kubernetes, networking-sfc and many more integrated with Tacker to provide a compact solution for Telco industries.

What can I expect to learn?

In today’s Telco scenarios, virtualized network services need to quickly react with the change such as updating, respawning from failure, scaling. Only VM-based VNF may not be a good solution, instead, other solutions such as container should be used for a hybrid cloud.

In this talk we present how multiple OpenStack project and cross project like Heat, Blazor, Zabbix, Mistral, K8S, Kuryr-Kubernetes, networking-sfc and many more integrated with Tacker to provide a compact solution for Telco industries.
