Where to search and how to ask for help: IRC, mailing lists, openstack.org wiki/documentation etc. Workshop will provide a virtual machine image with preinstalled devstack and exercises covering a few failure scenarios.  We'll also share how to troubleshoot nova scheduler's "no valid host found" error messages, basic heat stack errors, recovering admin access to keystone etc.
