Enterprise Cloud Offering Models and Service Strategies

In this session, we will explore Cisco IT’s deployment of OpenStack and how to offer an internal cloud service. As our deployments, have grown we will show the progression of our offering and support model to provide Infrastructure as a Service with true business value for our company. As the clouds continue to grow the capacity management and evolving cost model will be explained with our lesson learnt and challenges overcome. As we look to the future our Feature enablement strategy and automated ordering, provisioning and consumption capabilities will provide the best experience for our application owners, developers and users.
