Travis leads Intel's open source advocacy and governance efforts for System Software Products, focusing on Intel's upstream contributions across the stack from device to edge to cloud. He was involved in outreach and marketing for the Kata Containers and StarlingX project launches.  He previously spent 15 years in Intel IT, where he was an architect working on OpenStack deployment, PaaS, and cloud-native application development practices.
