Rich is the OpenStack Community Liaison at Red Hat, working with the RDO project - http://rdoproject.org . RDO is a packaging of OpenStack for RPM-based Linux distributions, such as CentOS, RHEL, and Fedora.
Rich has been doing Open Source things for around 20 years. He's a member of the Apache Software Foundation, where he currently serves as Executive Vice President and Director.
He lives in Lexington, Kentucky, USA.
