I'm an open source enthusiast who has spent the last 5 years as senior software engineer at DreamHost. In addition to hacking OpenStack, I'm one of the original developers of the Astara/Akanda project. The darkest moments of my career were working on Zope and Plone, years that I prefer to not think about too much -- despite the fact they taught me the true power of Python. Recently, my waking hours are filled with containers and orchestration.
