Innovative technology professional with more than 15 years of experience in architecting complex, creative integration, process, and system design solutions for product development, back office IT, and support operations. Trusted business partner with experience in IT operations, infrastructure architecture, technical teams, and clients.  Expertise in system and integration design, streamlining and automating business processes, collaboration, vendor relations, and enterprise solutions architecture. 

Worked at Cornell University for 10 years as the enterprise application architect, database admistrator, and configuration management/support expert focusing on PeopleSoft, Oracle, UNIX, JIRA, Confluence, and Blackboard.  Worked at Blackboard, Inc. as the integration engineer and developer/desiger of customer facing cms, knowledge management, contract fulfillment systems, and support operations.
