Mike is a DevOps Engineer in technical operations at Twilio SendGrid and a 15-year veteran in the service provider & SaaS industry.  With a focus on platforms, site reliability, automation and mentoring, he strives to be a "boat lifter" by helping others learn and grow to the benefit of all.

His team at SendGrid supports the platform that delivers over 45 billion email messages each month.  And while at Go Daddy, Mike's team managed one of the world's largest OpenStack clouds.
