I am a PMP, CSM, PPMC and ITIL v3 Foundations certified professional with 5+ years of project management experience and I have 7+ years general business analyst experience with knowledge and skills in business process management, business rules and requirements management. I have 2+ years SDLC project planning and managing business analysis engagements. I have 10+ years of IT experience and I have 15+ years of professional work experience in both the public and private sectors. I have led multi-year SDLC Java digital web experience project with a budget-at-completion of 70+ million dollars. I also have managed IT infrastructure projects and ITIL v3 projects.
I have successfully planned and managed cross-functional project activities using a hybrid Waterfall/Agile Scrum model that included scope planning, release planning, sprint planning and team planning session with sprint reviews, proof of concept, demo sessions and sprint and product backlog management; gathered, organized and managed information from various disparate on-premise and off-premise systems in support of program reporting of progress of work, work products, problem tracking, schedules, calendars, team activities, events, logs, staffing, requirements, backlogs, key project metrics and financial health metrics using SQL, Microsoft Access, Excel and Project 2010.
