She is a master at helping others say YES to themselves, destroy the NOISE getting in their way, and create an accountability plan to help go big to grow big. Candy’s diverse and expansive leadership experience (nearly 20 years in Corporate America, with companies like Landis & Gyr (Siemens division), Johnson Controls, GE Healthcare, and Northwestern Mutual) has provided her with extensive tools to help grow emerging leaders and business professionals build exceptional, high-performing teams, and catapult individuals to achieve explosive growth.
After going through her own personal and professional assessment, Candy made the decision to leave the corporate world in order to give her full attention to building out her own dream and purpose. You will find that she is passionate about serving others and providing people with the tools they need to truly empower themselves. She is a change agent who advocates empowerment, leadership and social responsibility.
In addition to running her own business, Candy also serves as a trainer for the Certified Coaches Federation (CCF), a member of the Evolutionary Business Council (EBC), a business coach for Texas Women in Business (TWIB), a Partnering Director for the Public Speakers Association (PSA), and a regular columnist for OffBeatBusiness Magazine. She also volunteers by giving time in her community.
Candy lives in Austin, TX, with her puppy, Payton (who is the love of her life), and loves to spend her free time outdoors hiking, kayaking, or paddle boarding.
