VM (aka Vicky) is a manager of technical people, projects, processes, products and p^Hbusinesses. In her nearly 20 years in the tech industry she has been an analyst, programmer, product manager, software engineering manager, C-level technical business consultant, and director of software engineering. She currently is proud to be a Senior Engineering Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, working in service to a team 100% dedicated to open source development, primarily on OpenStack. Vicky is the winner of the Perl White Camel Award (2014) and the O'Reilly Open Source Award (2016).
