Known as " The Intern" by his friends, David Alfano has been a part of Rackspace's Private Cloud group for two years. Seeing distributed storage as an internesting problem, he has been supporting, deploying, and documenting the Ceph clusters on the petabyte scale. His other interests include AI, cryptography, embedded systems, and patching old video games to turn them into brand new experiences.
