Aashish Parikh is the founding engineer at ZeroStack Inc. where he enjoys building core components and systems for for enterprise-grade cloud software. He also enjoys building teams - ZeroStack Inc. is hiring!
Prior to joining ZeroStack Inc., Aashish was XLR8 Principal Investigator and Staff Engineer at VMware Inc. where he spent the better part of a decade working in the Core Hypervisor, Distributed Resource Management and Hybrid Cloud teams. He was a regular speaker at VMworld and presented top-rated conference talks to large industry audiences.
Aashish graduated from the University of Florida ("Go Gators!") with a graduate degree in Computer Science focussed on advanced algorithms and data structures. He has several publications in the fields of resource scheduling and cloud management and holds multiple patents in the fields of scheduling theory, recommender systems and distributed resource management.
