Doug is responsible for cloud solutions and services provider programs at Nimble Storage. He helps cloud service providers create a market advantage with Nimble Storage by implementing technology and business best practices that improve their service offerings. Doug has over 10 years of experience in storage and cloud developing partner and alliance programs.
Prior to Nimble Storage, Doug was at Asigra, a cloud backup software company that worked exclusively with cloud service providers. He was responsible for developing joint cloud solutions with partners such as NetApp, IBM, Huawei, and Parallels. Prior to that, Doug was at Bycast (acquired by NetApp) a leader in object storage software. During his tenure he helped Bycast develop OEM relationships with HP and IBM and also led strategic alliances initiatives in vertical markets with global leaders such as GE, Siemens, Fuji, McKesson, and Philips.
