Dominic Kim is a cloud-native citizen. As an expert in cloud computing and distributed systems, he leads the design and implementation of a multi-cluster L7 Loadbalancer that is resilient to IDC-level failure using Istio/Envoy. 

He is also actively involved in Apache OpenWhisk, a serverless project as a committer and a PMC member. He designed and implemented the next-generation architecture of OpenWhisk and achieve 155 times more performance.
