Dr. Sheheryar Malik is an academcian, consultant, and researcher in the area of distributed and cloud computing. He has more than 18 years of experience with very strong skills in teaching, consulting, development, and research. He has extensive knowledge and practical experience in wide range of cloud and distributed infrastructure. Currently he is working as a Professor at Riphah International University Lahore and Chief Scientist at Center for Research in Distributed & Supercomputing. He has done his Ph.D. from INRIA France and University of Nice Sophia Antipolis France in the area of cloud computing. He has extensive professional experience of working in international and multicultural environments. He is also member of vaious professional bodies and has served as a President of Cloud Security Alliance, Pakistan Chapter. His research interests center on cloud/IoT architecture, interoperability, scheduling and management.
