A cook turned System Adminstrator, Brandon works as an OpenStack Administrator for the Rackspace Private Cloud team. He has been at Rackspace for three years, working first with the Public Cloud and Small-Medium Business teams, then moving to the Private Cloud organization in 2016. Having spent more of his work life in a service-based industry, Brandon focuses on how to make all aspects of technology feel accessible to anyone willing to learn.
